How to Buy Firearms online
There are a lot of misconceptions surrounding online gun sales. It is absolutely legal (at least in the state of Michigan) to buy guns online. But here's the catch: You have to have that firearm shipped to an FFL Dealer (Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer).
That FFL will check the gun in from whomever ships it and when you come to pick it up, will have you fill out the ATF Form 4473 as well as complete the background check.
NO FIREARMS LEAVE THE FFL WITHOUT PASSING THE FEDERAL NICS BACKGROUND CHECK.
If you are in Northern Michigan, you are welcome to ship your firearms to me! My FFL is listed with the affiliates below. If you find a gun online elsewhere, contact me, and I will get a copy of my FFL Certificate to them.
The Transfer fee at Like a Lady Firearms Training is $35 when you come to pick up your firearm. Please always contact me BEFORE shipping a gun to me so I know to look out for it.
